Cash Donations are always welcome and the easiest way to help. Cash contributions are used for:
  • our rent payment & utilities
  • purchase of office supplies
  • buying food items when supplies are low
Your secure online donation to the Pittsford Food Cupboard can be made using any major credit card and is tax deductible.

Checks are also welcome!

Food Donations are the lifeblood of The Pittsford Food Cupboard. Individual donations
may be brought directly to PFC.

Several churches in the Town of Pittsford are collection sites for the Food Cupboard. Donations can also be left in one of our green PFC drop boxes at:
  • Pittsford Library
  • Pittsford Recreation Center
  • The Senior Center
  • Pittsford Town Hall
  • Pittsford Village area churches
What items should you donate?
Items like juice, canned fruits & vegetables and tomato products are good things to collect. Also, our experience shows there are some items we are always
in need of :
  • CAT FOOD or DOG FOOD
  • canned diced, whole, crushed or stewed tomatoes
  • cereal, oatmeal, and breakfast foods
  • jam or jelly
  • baking supplies
  • canned meats (hash, spam, anchovies, clams, sardines, sausage)
  • condiments (oil, vinegar, ketchup, etc.)
  • coffee, tea, hot chocolate
  • cleaning supplies (all purpose cleaner, laundry soap, etc)
  • paper products (toilet paper, tissues, paper towels)
  • feminine hygiene
  • health and beauty aids (razors, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, etc)
