Current clients must sign in by 1:00 pm, with one form of photo ID along with 
ONE proof of current address for each family member over 18 years of age. We accept mail such as a recent utility bill or some type of business mail DATED WITHIN 30 DAYS.

Please note * P.O. Boxes are not accepted as proof of residence *

NEW clients must bring photo ID for all family members over 18 and one piece of current mail for all adults, as well as birth certificates or custody papers for all children under the age of 18 living in the household.
